Why we built it
Leave management looks simple on paper; but once length of service, age, shifted entitlement dates, public holidays, half-day eves and KVKK come together, getting it right in spreadsheets becomes hard. Both employees and employers pay for the mistakes.
What we do
We build statutory leave rules into the software and bring the whole process, from request to payroll file, into one auditable record. You can always see where a calculation comes from.
How we work
We apply the rules by checking them against legislation and established case law. We only describe what the product actually does, and we process personal data only as far as the service requires.
