İzin360 is web software that runs a company's leave process: leave requests and approvals, annual leave entitlement and balances, the team calendar, reports and payroll export, and KVKK processes — all in one place.

Annual leave, marriage, bereavement, paternity, adoption, maternity, unpaid leave, sick leave and other statutory leave types come built in. Depending on your plan you can also define company-specific leave types and policies.

Yes. Employees can request a half day in the morning or afternoon; balances are tracked to the half day.

Yes. Import employees with the Excel/CSV template and enter an opening balance for each person. The whole file is validated first; rows with errors are shown before anything is imported.

Yes. İzin360 is a mobile-friendly web app: it works comfortably in phone and tablet browsers and can be added to your home screen. There is no separate app-store app.

Yes. Subscribe to your personal or team calendar with a secret link — by URL — in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. The feed contains only approved leave and holidays.

The interface is available in Turkish and English; each user chooses their own language.

Under Labour Law No. 4857, Art. 53: 14 days for 1–5 years of service (5 included), 20 days for more than 5 and less than 15 years, 26 days for 15 years or more. At least 20 days for employees aged 18 or under and 50 or over; 4 extra days for underground work. İzin360 applies this automatically on every entitlement date.

No. The right to annual leave cannot be waived (Art. 53/2); unused days accumulate while employment continues and are paid out when the contract ends (Art. 59). In İzin360 no expiry date can be set for statutory annual leave; the high-balance report helps you schedule leave.

Yes. Absences other than those counted as worked under Art. 55 (for example unpaid leave) push the next entitlement date back by the same period (Art. 54/2). İzin360 takes this shift into account automatically.

Under the Court of Cassation's established practice, Saturday is in principle a working day and counts towards leave even in a five-day week; it doesn't count if the contract makes Saturday a weekly rest day. In İzin360 this is a setting your company chooses deliberately.

Weekly rest days, national and public holidays falling within leave are not counted as leave days (Art. 56/5). On religious holiday eves and on 28 October the holiday starts at 13:00; these days are recorded as half days in the calendar.

Yes. HR records the time off earned; it is valid for 6 months. Time about to expire and expired time is reported, and the employee and HR are notified; unused time must be paid as overtime.

For employee data, your company is the data controller and İzin360 is the data processor acting on your behalf and instructions. This relationship is governed by the Data Processing Agreement.

For health-related leave, colleagues only see “On leave”. The employee, their manager and HR see the leave type; viewing uploaded health documents requires two-factor authentication.

Yes. Employees can submit a data subject request in the app and get a copy of their personal data. HR tracks requests against the 30-day statutory deadline (KVKK Art. 13).

Each company's data is kept separate; sensitive fields and documents are encrypted and documents are virus-scanned. There is two-factor authentication, a strong password policy and an audit log whose integrity can be verified.

Yes. Endpoints for employees, leave, balances and the payroll file work with API keys whose scopes you choose, alongside signed webhooks. The number of API keys and webhooks depends on your plan.

You can export the period's leave as a CSV or XLSX file and load it into your payroll software; the file also includes SGK missing-day code suggestions. İzin360 does not calculate payroll.

30 days. No credit card needed; when the trial ends you choose a plan and your data is kept.

Yes. Small teams can start on the free plan; the user limit and other limits are listed on the pricing page.

Payment is taken by card on a secure payment page. An official e-Arşiv or e-Fatura invoice is issued for every payment. Prices exclude VAT.

Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period; you keep using the service until then.

Every user account that hasn't been deactivated counts as a user, including employee accounts managed by HR that have never logged in. Your user limit is the number of users in your package plus any extra users you have bought. If your active users exceed that limit, deactivate former employees, buy extra users or choose a larger plan.

On plans that offer extra users, you can buy them at checkout together with the plan or later from the billing page; the unit price and the maximum number of extra users are shown on the plan card. An increase is charged pro rata for the rest of the current period and applies as soon as payment is confirmed. A reduction is free and takes effect at the end of the paid period; there are no partial refunds. On renewal, extra users are billed at the unit price in effect at that time. Extra users are sold in TL only. If your active users exceed the package, checkout tells you how many extra users you need.
