Move leave data safely into payroll, your HR and BI systems, or calendar apps.

  • Integration API

    Endpoints for employees, leave, balances and the payroll file. Each API key works only with the scopes you choose; national ID numbers and salaries are not returned by the employee endpoint.

  • Signed webhooks

    Events such as leave requested, approved, rejected or cancelled and employee offboarded are delivered instantly with an HMAC-SHA256 signature; failed deliveries are retried.

  • iCal calendar subscription

    Subscribe to your personal or team leave calendar with a secret link and view it in Google Calendar, Outlook or Apple Calendar. Health-related leave appears only as “On leave”.

  • Payroll file

    Get the period's leave as CSV or XLSX, with SGK missing-day code suggestions. The same file is available through the API.

  • Excel/CSV import

    Import employees in bulk with a template. The whole file is validated first and errors are shown row by row.

  • Public API documentation

    Authentication, endpoints, sample responses, webhook signature verification and error codes.
