Seller, service, price, performance and withdrawal information provided before the contract is concluded to buyers purchasing as a sole proprietorship at the payment step, under the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Scope

Convenience translation: this English version is provided for information only. The Turkish version is the binding text and prevails in case of any discrepancy.

Important: İzin360 is a service for businesses. This form is presented at the payment step, before the contract is concluded, to a BUYER purchasing as a sole proprietorship, and is legally required under Article 5 of the Distance Contracts Regulation where the BUYER is regarded as a consumer.

This form is an integral part of the Distance Sales Agreement.

3. Main characteristics of the service

  • İzin360 is a cloud-based software service (SaaS) for managing employee leave requests, approvals, balances, calendar and reporting over the internet.
  • The package, its included users, any extra users and the subscription period (1 month or 1 year) purchased are shown in the order summary; package contents, extra-user prices and the maximum number of extra users per package are published on the Pricing page. Extra users are sold only on the Starter, Growth and Pro packages.
  • The service is used with an up-to-date web browser and an internet connection; no software installation is needed and there are no specific hardware or software compatibility requirements. There are no technical protection measures restricting the functionality of the service.
  • A free 30-day trial is available before moving to a paid subscription.

4. Price

Package prices and per-user extra-user prices are published excluding VAT, in Turkish lira. The total price per period (monthly or annual) of the package and extra users including VAT (20%), with extra users on a separate line, is shown in the order summary before card details are entered; the price shown is valid until the order is completed. For an increase in extra users during the period, only the pro-rated amount for the remaining days is charged, shown in a separate order summary. There are no delivery costs, no additional charges for using the means of distance communication and no deposit or similar guarantee.

Price increases are notified by e-mail at least 30 days before they take effect; each renewal is made at the price in force on the date the new period starts. If an increase has been announced, the new price, its effective date and whether the first renewal will be at the new price are additionally shown in the order summary.

5. Payment and performance

  • Payment is taken in advance in a single payment by credit or debit card through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş.
  • The service is performed electronically by activating it in the BUYER's account immediately after the payment is confirmed.
  • The official invoice is issued electronically within 7 days of payment confirmation at the latest and sent to the BUYER's invoice e-mail address.

6. Term, renewal and termination

The subscription is for the selected fixed period (1 month or 1 year) and does not extend automatically: at the end of the period a renewal payment notice for the next period is sent for the package and the number of extra users valid for the new period at the current unit prices (due within 7 days), and the subscription is extended only if the BUYER pays it; if it is not paid, no fee is claimed from the BUYER. A reduction in extra users is free of charge and takes effect at the end of the period; there is no partial refund for the rest of the period. The BUYER may cancel the subscription at any time in the billing settings in the app; cancellation ends the package and the extra users together at the end of the period. Closing the account takes effect at the end of the paid period unless the BUYER chooses to close immediately by explicitly confirming that the remaining time is not refunded. After the subscription ends, data can be exported for 90 days, during which the account can be reopened with its data by buying a new package; the data is then deleted. 7. Right of withdrawal

A consumer BUYER has, as a rule, the right to withdraw within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract without giving reasons and without paying a penalty.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply: under Article 15(1)(h) and (ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance begins with the consumer's approval before the withdrawal period ends and to services performed instantly in electronic form. At the payment step you are asked to expressly approve that performance begins immediately; by giving this approval and once the service is activated in your account, you lose your right of withdrawal. Extra users bought during the period are part of the same service: the sales documents and the immediate-performance approval are obtained again before payment and the same rule applies.

If performance began without this approval, notice of withdrawal is given in writing within the period to [LEGAL_EMAIL], to the KEP address [LEGAL_KEP_ADDRESS] or to [LEGAL_ADDRESS]; the price collected is refunded within 14 days of receipt of the notice using the same payment instrument and free of charge.

8. Complaints and remedies

Complaints and requests can be sent to [LEGAL_EMAIL]. A consumer BUYER may apply to the consumer arbitration committee within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade and to consumer courts for disputes above those limits; in the cases provided by law, mediation is mandatory before filing a lawsuit.

9. Confirmation and payment obligation

At the payment step the BUYER confirms that it has read this form and obtained the information on the seller, the service, the total price, payment, performance and the right of withdrawal before the order; the confirmation is recorded with the form version, the SHA-256 digest of the accepted text, the time and the IP address. The order is placed with the "Confirm order and pay" button; entering card details and confirming the payment creates a payment obligation.

Once the payment is confirmed, the SELLER sends an order confirmation without delay to the BUYER's invoice e-mail address and to the user who started the payment; the accepted versions of this form, the Distance Sales Agreement and the Terms of Service are attached as PDF files with their text as it stood at the time of acceptance (durable medium). The current text of the form is also published on this page with its version number, and a copy of the accepted version can also be requested at [LEGAL_EMAIL].
